    Completely appalled by the costumer service of this place. Very rude and pompous staff. Tried to rectify the situation over an email and I was ignored. Over priced and conceited staff

    Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Willing to follow up and even sent me a Christmas card with a gift enclosed! I always drop in when I'm in Beechworth and I always find something I can't live without!

    I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. Horrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know not to come here. Here's a hot tip: if you want returning customers don't lie about the quality of your jewelry just to make a sale, and then be completely rude and dismissive when the customer returns for a refund.
