    Central location. Arrived slightly before check in time, but told to come back later in afternoon (after official check in time) rooms simple but pleasant. Water pressure and temperature stability in shower was poor. Noisy fridges in rooms.

    One block away from the centre of town means everything is walking distance. The rooms are always clean, tidy and comfortable. The owners are always happy to chat and provide anything you may need. Recommend to anyone wanting to visit and stay in Beechworth.

    Was a pretty average stay. Beds were decent but overall sleeping wasn't the best due to pillows not being very comfortable.

    Great location in town. Rooms were decent but the beds were very hard as were the pillows.

    Lovely and clean, close to the main Street , walking distance to lots of things , lovely area
