  Great to little caravan park, nestled in the tree overlooking Lake Sambell, Sunsets are beautiful. If you're after a great view, request sites 91 and 92. Great little trails at your door step.

  We're in heaven at the moment..we have the most perfect site of the park site no 94.. We can see the whole lake and pond.. The ducks you can see swimming around..The sun is sparkling on the water...So so peaceful just resting up doing nothing ,just watching the beautiful view.

  It is a nice place, but there are a lot of nice places at Beechworth.

  We like this place mostly because we do a yearly family/friends group thing there, but this year they "lost" our cabin booking (apparently it's their sons wedding so more than likely lost on purpose) which was definitely done a year ago. Not very impressed, so we're trying the other park this year and if that is as good it will be our Beechworth go-to site for our gatherings from now on. If you book here, CHECK IT BEFORE YOU GO!!!! I'm sure you don't want to be a 'lost' booking to something that suits them better.

  Internet was down when we stayed there for a week which was disappointing, but I believe it is fixed now. Great for families.
